The once peaceful town of Schwarzental has been overrun by drugs and crime. It is chaos and the police can do nothing about it. They suffer heavily from the corruption and addictions of a new drug called Zauberstof. With Steelwinggirl lost her memory and Red Mantis and Captain Metalhead unreachable, Chin is left all alone to save his town and find out who or what is behind this. In order to help his city, Chin will have to evade the police, who have started a veritable manhunt for him...
