Writing helps to remember things otherwise forgotten. Therefore I carried around a little notebook for 3 years writing down anything that seemed valuable or writing things when I was bored. The best of these writings have been gathered in this pocketbook with a few empty pages added to write down your own thoughts. May you enjoy these ideas as much as I did and that they may guide and uplift those who it reaches and touches.
