It combines information about ethics and communication to offer advice on ODR best practices.

Biografie

Daniel Rainey has worked for 25 years to integrate information and communication technology into mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution disciplines. He is a fellow of the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution, and a founder and Board Member of the International Counsel for Online Dispute Resolution.
