Yesterday, you were a child yourself. And now, a couple of days (read: decades) later, you've brought a mini-version of you into this world! Well, a mini version? Do you really want your child to be an exact copy or improved version of yourself? What do you consider important to pass on and what not? And how do you actually do that, this 'passing on thing'? How do you create a parenting style that fits you and your family? International educator, mother of 3, mindset mentor, and world traveler Annette de Graaf (August 17th 1983) has conducted over 20 years of research and experimented with various parenting, teaching, and learning styles all around the world. Most fondly and profoundly, she delved into raising children with a growth mindset. She quickly noticed that putting her theories into practice led to beautiful growth within her family, her classrooms, and the parents and educators she trained. It seemed like a wonderful idea to spread the word about this way of parenting, learning, and growing even further. She opened her laptop and began to do something she had never done before and thus thought she could: write a book.
