Batya, who is now called Nubia in Egypt, struggles to adjust to her new life after losing her family and home. As she spends more time in the Egyptian court, she develops feelings for Ramses. However, after many years, he changes into a different person and becomes cold, which leaves her feeling confused and hurt. She doesn’t know what to do, and just when she is about to give up, Moses, the brother of Ramses who has been gone for many years, returns to Egypt and changes the fate of both Egypt and Ramses. In the end, she begins to question her feelings and her place in this new world.

Biografie

This is Ashley Jo-Ann's first book. She has always been interested in storytelling and decided to turn her ideas into a novel. Even though she is new to writing, she is passionate about creating characters and exploring emotions. This book is the beginning of her journey as a writer.
